How many of you have guns? And how many of you participate in shooting? There are quite a few of us because we love to shoot a gun, with the authority, the power it brings, the excitement of the security it gives us, and the hitting of one target.

Although,  there’s the unavoidable that we do not want to hear misfire, because of the investment and time that we put into one’s equipment and  Ammo, you will have one, the question is when, and how you will handle it. 

Even though you checked and rechecked, it still happens, even when you create a culture change, grow revenues, motivate the fan base, get players transferring in and out of the transfer portal, and hire and rehire coaching staff, but with life misfits, causes some setbacks.

 Furthermore, he remembers his past mistakes to become prime time, by his instinct and experience, God-given abilities to direct his makeup speed in creating greatness, On and off this field.
